importMeeting
Store a meeting and its transcript pushed by an integration, usually
with a workspace API key. The meeting is stored unassigned and matched
to accords a few seconds later (CRM deal id, then CRM account id, then
participant domains); the response confirms storage only. Idempotent
on externalId. Rejections carry extensions.code: IMPORT_VALIDATION
(with extensions.field), IMPORT_TOO_SHORT,
IMPORT_TOO_FEW_PARTICIPANTS, IMPORT_EMPTY_TRANSCRIPT,
IMPORT_PAYLOAD_TOO_LARGE, or FEATURE_DISABLED. Rejected for
customer-role callers.
