Discover and seed the NetSuite CRM schema for the workspace: describes
the Opportunity and Customer objects and their discovered 1:many child
custom record types, then upserts crm_object_description and its
field rows (and prunes fields that no longer exist) so the slideout
config and Smart CRM Sync agent can read field types and options.
Returns true when at least one object was seeded, false when NetSuite is
not connected or nothing could be seeded.
